In addition to window and solar panel cleaning, we now provide a comprehensive range of services, including house soft washing, power washing, gutter cleaning, screen replacement, trash can cleaning, and hard water stain removal.

Hello! My name is Lance Sosey. Born and raised in San Diego, I grew up in East County and attended Granite Hills High School.

I built my career in solar and window cleaning with a focus on precision, consistency, and attention to detail. What began with solar and window cleaning has evolved into a full-service  maintenance company serving residential and commercial properties across San Diego.

My work is built on a commitment to quality over shortcuts. Every property is treated with care, and every service is performed with the goal of restoring, protecting, and preserving the long-term condition of the home or building.
